So now when you add the $15,667 + $7,194 + $2,500 + $1,000 (home inspection repairs) that totals $26,361.00, and the green and gold bathroom hasn’t been addressed.

Oh, I forgot to mention that they had been renting another house for 12 months at $900 a month while they were waiting for their house to sell. That’s another $10,800.

So, even with a full price offer they would only net $84,739.00 and they had an existing mortgage to payoff with a balance of $79,761 leaving them with $4,978.
